SCAR Program

Bob has spoken to thousands of students since he first began his SCAR program, bringing its message to schools and organizations throughout the Northern New England states. Peer pressure at school, the need to be accepted and fit within a social group, and how family life could often exaggerate these needs, are some of the topics that Bob covers in his own personal story.

A typical presentation runs 50-55 minutes in length. Each presentation is followed by a question and answer session which invites the audience to explore the issues further.

Bob also makes himself available for smaller group sessions if the school wants to plan them into the day following his assembly presentation.

A slide projector (preferable a carousal type), screen, and microphone are needed for the SCAR presentation. Any follow-up group sessions, which can meet in a classroom or the library, do not require any equipment. They are more intimate and devoted exclusively to a “rap” time with Bob.

Program fees depend on the travel time
and if an overnight is necessary.

Depending on driving distances from Tamworth, any SCAR presentation planned before 10:00 AM at schools 2 1/2 hours or more away will require motel accommodations the night before he is scheduled to speak.	$175	$175 to $225	$250 to $325*	$325* to $400*	$425 *

* This schedule would require an overnight due to time and driving distance from Bob’s home.

Discounts can be arranged for scheduling of full days back to back at two or more schools within close proximity of each other. Please email us for more information on special rates.
